This hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to reach via train. It is also close to the local station and part of the Shanghai subway system. the rooms are spacious and clean, offering great views of the city. the staff is helpful and provides excellent service. There are various facilities available, such as a mart downstairs, a shopping center opposite the station, and even a bowling alley and pool tables.

they have no communitcation skills, they do not exchange money, they do not want even give you a map of the area which is normally printed free of cost and kept in every hotel. Their buffet is crap, their coffee shop closes early, their locaiton is absolutely the worst. Staff is uncooperative and overall a very poor experience. I actually chceked out a day early and paid triple to do and stay at another hotel which was worth every penny though it was expensive. Thoug Holiday in express was very affordable, it was not worth the money I paid for it.

The hotel is not in downtown, it takes about 1 hour to get city centre.

The hotel room was clean and modern, with a nice bathroom. The free internet connection in the room was a great convenience. The location of the hotel was favorable, with a metro station just a short walk away. This made it easy to explore the city and visit nearby attractions.

The breakfast buffet was quite underwhelming, with limited options and food that quickly cooled down. getting a taxi proved to be a challenge, with long waiting times and difficulty in communication with the taxi company.

Rooms are good.

No room service, also getting food in the area is very difficult as all the hotels have chinese Menus. Also, the staff here cannot speak English!!!!!!!!!

ecellent hotel and hear to metro station

The hotel is conveniently located near the WaiGaoQiao Special Economic Zone, making it easy for me to visit our factory. The room was clean and modern, with free internet and a nice bathroom. The staff at the reception spoke good English and were attentive to my requests. The hotel is situated in a more residential area of Pudong, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Easy to get here from the airport via train.

It is a little far away from the city centre, but there is a subway station 5 minutes far from the hotel, which is ok.

Next to the Carrefour Supermarket,not far from the train station.But the location was not familiar to most taxi drivers.

The location was too far.

Staffs was putting up efforts for any thing we need. Free Internet was handy. Generous offer of bottle waters.

The air conditioning was unable to do any control in room temperture. Washroom and Shower stall was in a common glass door. Fairly distance to hot spots.

Free internet and clean rooms were good aspects of my Xmas stay. the hotel was within walking distance of a big supermarket and a few cafes. Its convenient location near a Metro station made it easy to get in and out of the city.

The hotel lacked English-language TV and a good restaurant. the breakfast was disappointing and not worth the money.
